Structure of onTune

onTune is composed of 3-tiers Manager, Agent, and Viewer. The agent is in charge of data collection, and the manager for performance and event detection collects/saves data and users can check graphs and charts by inquiring each data through the dedicated viewer and the viewer presents graphs and charts for data queries.
