These Terms of Service govern the use of the website operated by TEEMSTONE Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By accessing or using the website at https://ontune.co.kr/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users in connection with the use of the Site.
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users in connection with the use of the Site and the information and services provided through it, including company information, product and solution information, and Contact Us inquiries.
Matters not expressly provided for in these Terms of Service will be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea and, where appropriate, generally accepted commercial practices.
Article 2. Effectiveness and Amendments

- Posting, transmitting, or distributing unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
② Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms of Service, and any notices or guidelines posted on the Site.

② If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the parties may seek mediation from a competent dispute resolution body where applicable.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any litigation arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the Site will be submitted to the competent court determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms of Service are effective as of September 1, 2026.
