Qualification Requirements
- Newcomers or those with more than 3 years of work experience (SE, technical support, infrastructure operation, etc.)
- Experienced in Linux/Windows server operation and troubleshooting
- Those with a strong understanding of virtualization (VMWare, Xen, Hyper-V, etc.) or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure
- Those with a high understanding of networks (TCP/IP, SNMP, switch/router architecture)
preferential treatment
- Experience using or building monitoring solutions such as SMS/APM/NMS
- Experience operating a Kubernetes/Docker container environment
- Experience with DB (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) performance tuning/monitoring
- Experience in SI/maintenance projects such as public institutions and financial institutions
- A person who is good at technical presentations and communication with customers
