Report Unethical Conduct

To promote transparency and foster a sound corporate culture, TEEMSTONE welcomes reports from external stakeholders, including business partners, regarding unfair practices, misconduct, or other activities that may cause harm to the company.

In accordance with our whistleblower protection principles, the identity and confidentiality of all whistleblowers are strictly protected, and no one will be subject to retaliation or disadvantage for making a report.

Protection and Support Based on Company Policies

We protect and support whistleblowers in accordance with our Code of Ethics, ethics guidelines, and human rights policies and principles.

Confidentiality and Protection from Retaliation

To encourage reporting, we protect the confidentiality of whistleblowers, prohibit any form of retaliation or disadvantage, and provide appropriate protections in accordance with company policy.

No Disclosure Without Consent

We do not disclose a whistleblower’s identity or related information without their consent and strictly protect information concerning relevant stakeholders.

Equal Protection for Those Who Cooperate with Investigations

Individuals who cooperate in an investigation by providing statements, documents, or other information receive the same level of protection and support as whistleblowers.
